Notice regarding the personal data collected from FIXED4U Cy Limited’s webpage. 

We hereby wish to inform you that FIXED4U Cy Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company or We) handles your personal Data in a transparent way and in full respect to your rights and personality and in accordance with Regulation (2016/679 (EU) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the Regulation).

We store your personal data when you visit our webpage or during your contact with us, through e-mail or through the contact form, in order to be able to respond to your concerned request.  

The personal data of our webpage’s users is not automatically collected, except in the cases mentioned below.

However, we reserve the right to deny the erasure, if the processing is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, for reasons of public interest and/or for the exercise of legal claims. 

5. 4 right to restriction of processing of your personal data (section 18): According to this right you might require us to restrict the processing of your personal data if you contest the accuracy of it, the lawfulness of the processing and/or because it is not necessary for the processing purposes they had been collected for

You may object at any time to the processing of your personal data for purposes related to direct marketing, including profiling, to the extent it concerns direct marketing. In case where we process your personal data for marketing purposes and you object to the said processing, the processing for the said purposes will cease.  

5. 7 right to withdraw your consent: You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to collection and processing of your personal data. In such case, the withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legality of the data processed prior to the revocation.

  1.  What personal data do we automatically collect when you visit our webpage?
